LARRY SULLIVAN

elder

With deep Ellis County roots, Larry and his family are long-time farm and ranch owners and operators. He was baptized in 1957 in the tiny town of Rankin, and graduated from Ennis High School. It was here through church and school that he met his wife, Rebecca, as their families were close friends. They were married in 1961, and have four children: Lane, Polly, Kara, and Wes; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Along with farming and ranching, Larry enjoys all aspects of God’s creation—including a love of hunting. His favorite passage is John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
