DANIEL HOBBS

deacon

Daniel grew up in New Boston, Texas and was baptized in 1996. He then went to Stephen F. Austin University and received his Bachelor’s degree. It was there that he met his wife Lacy at the Yellow House Christian Student Center and they were married in 2007. He went on to receive two Masters degrees in Education and Biology as well as an EdD degree from Arkansas State University. He is now an Assistant Principal for Kaufman ISD. Daniel enjoys hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and has even umpired two Texas high school state championship softball games in Austin. He loves watching his two kids, Grant and Reagan, grow up in a church that knows that kids are the future of the church. This is why he has been a deacon since 2018 and loves dedicating his time to supporting that vision.
